K-W Multicultural Centre's Source of Ethnic Food

K-W Multicultural Centre has recently produced a listing of sources of ethnic food in Waterloo region.  This may become a very handy resource to many in our community and may help many cook more economically by cooking meals they are familiar with.

The Waterloo Region Food System Roundtable recently forwarded this timely report discussing the economy, cost of food and the impact on those living in poverty.  The poor still pay more is produced by The Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity along with Toronto Public Health and Open Policy Ontario.
